Disc brake conversion kit for Dana 30 open knuckle axles. This kit requires minimum grinding to the front knuckles. Kit includes detailed installation with photos. This kit is designed to work with 15" stock Jeepster rims that came with drum brakes. Will fit early Willys 16" x 4 1/2" rims as well, but not early CJ3B 15" x 4 1/2" skinny rims without longer wheel studs and 1/2" wheel spacer for the CJ3B wheels (not provided).

This kit saves you money by re-using your current wheel hub, wheel bearings, races and wheel bearing spindle hardware. The kit includes new wheel bearing grease seals so you can service the wheel bearings before putting back together
You need to check the back of the wheel hub to ensure it is flat and not rounded, as it needs to lay flat on the rotor and have the pressed studs hold it together. Call me if you have questions about this.
You will have to press in the new wheel studs into your current wheel hubs, holding the new rotor. All the parts are furnished, as well as detailed instructions.
