If you have received an incorrect part or are unhappy with any of our items, please contact us so we can quickly correct the situation. We do our very best to get you the highest quality parts available and get them to you fast at the most reasonable price.
ERRORS--Although every effort is made to keep our site error free, mistakes happen. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We make every effort to properly categorize products to fitment of certain models, but errors and fitment issues can come up with vintage vehicles. We are dedicated to customer service, so if a part does not fit as described or specified model, please let us know and we will make corrections to the descriptions and categories. If it does not fit, call us and we can arrange a refund if it is our mistake.

RETURNS--All returns need to be sent freight prepaid. Defective items will be credited or replaced. You will be refunded in the same manner you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping costs. If you are returning an item please do so promptly. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. There are no returns on electrical items or special order parts. IMPORTANT--Any items which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
DEFECTIVE PARTS--In the event you receive an item that is defective in any way, please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement. Should you take it upon yourself to repair or alter the defective item in any way, we cannot reimburse you any labor costs, or replace the item. All the manufacturers we deal with, in most case, have no problem replacing a defective item so long as it is returned to them in the same condition you received it. They need to be able to inspect the item to determine the cause of its defect so they can prevent any further problems.
LOST or DAMAGED FREIGHT--It is rare but should an item either arrive damaged or is lost you should contact us immediately. All freight should be inspected by you before you accept them. It is easiest to get a settlement from the freight company if the damage is noticed at the time of delivery.
