    Product Description

    Disc brake conversion kit for Dana 25/27 closed knuckles axles. This kit is designed to work with 15 x 5-1/2"-6" stock Jeep rims that came with drum brakes and requires no grinding to the knuckle. Will fit early Willys 16" x 4 1/2" rims as well.

    Kit includes detailed mounting instructions, 2 pre-assembled vented 11-5/8" diameter x 7/8" thick rotors, wheel hubs and wheel studs, 4 Timken wheel bearings, 2 seals, 4 bearing races, , 2 standard rubber brake lines, 2 caliper mounting brackets, 2 loaded calipers with pads and hanger brackets, 10 wheel lug nuts, 2 wheel spindle nut kits, 2 banjo bolts, all the mounting hardware needed to install this kit. 
     
    Maintenance  parts in this kit are over the counter parts that can be purchased at any auto parts store. Part numbers for these parts will be included in the kit, as well as the vehicles that use these parts. 
     
    No grinding necessary to the knuckles with this kit. 
     
    Adjusting the steering stops or trimming the passenger side bump stop on Jeepster Commando may be required to eliminate contact with the passenger caliper (in directions)

      Bought this kit along with the power booster so as to upgrade from my stock mechanical brakes. Made a huge difference in stopping power and made my Jeepster a safer vehicle. I would recommend this to anyone considering it.

      Fantastic kit. Wish I would have done this a long time ago. Easy and simple to install. Everything bolts right on. I spent maybe three and a half hours, taking my time to install the kit. I had driven it is snow and rain with no more pulling from one side to the other with lots of stopping power. Thanks Don!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to buy more of your products.

      Fantastic kit! Everything bolts right on, simple and easy. Spent a few hours Sunday afternoon, and what a difference. Wish I would have done this years ago.
