Deluxe disc brake kit for Dana 30 open knuckle front end with stock rims or after market rims. 

This kit is designed to work with 15" stock Jeep rims that came with drum brakes.

Will fit early Willys 16" x 4 1/2" rims as well.

This kit requires minimum grinding to the front knuckles.

Kit includes detailed installation with photos. Kit contains:

• 2 pre-assembled vented 11-5/8" diameter x 7/8" thick rotors with wheel hubs, 4 Timken bearing cups (pressed in) and wheel studs (pressed in)
• 4 Timken wheel bearings
• 2 Wheel bearing seals
• 2 1/4" aluminum wheel spacers (most factory wheels fit without this, but just in case of wheel abnormality)
• 2 Disc brake rubber brake lines
• 2 caliper mounting brackets
• 2 Loaded calipers with pads and hanger brackets
• 10 wheel lug nuts
• 2 wheel spindle nut kits
• 2 banjo bolts
• All mounting hardware.
• Maintenance parts list.  All parts in this kit are over the counter parts that can be purchased at any auto parts store. Part numbers for these parts will be included in the kit, as well as the vehicles that use these parts. This kit requires gringin the steering "C" to clear the calipers. On some Dana 30 applications, (fairly rare) they have the front shocks behind the axle, which will need to be moved ahead of the axle. Most customers remove the upper mount and slide if forward of the axle ands weld a shock stud to the front of the spring plate. If you ignore this, the calipers will contact the shocks. We can offer guidance if you cannot determine if this affect your Dana 30.
