Emergency flasher decal. This is the often missing black lettering with clear overlay that goes below the dash mounted flasher knob. This decal is exactly as was produced from Jeep in 1970-71 with rounded corners (hard to see in the picture).
I have included a picture of the original decal from a un-restored 1971 Jeep CJ5 Renegade 1
