Convert you sloppy Ross steering to manual Saginaw steering!
This is a new kit consisting of all new or remanufactured parts.
This is for Jeepster Commandos 1966-1969 with ROSS steering.
Some mods may be needed for Willys etc. but base kit will work.
Kit includes:
Steering box bracket, hardware, spacers and detailed instructions on its location
Manual Saginaw steering gear
Pitman arm and nut
Drag link and tie rod ends, this way all your steering is brand new at once!!
Custom intermediate shaft with 3 precision u-joints and one heim support with bracket to accommodate the front exiting driver side exhaust manifold!
Custom rag joint adapter, no need to cut and weld the steering shaft inside your steering column!! Bolts right on!!
As all Jeeps are different, some fitting will be required
