Returns Policy
Orders must be check for completeness within 5 days of delivery. We make every effort to check and double check each order going out, but mistakes do happen (dang it!). Please let us know if we flubbed up your order.
RETURNS--All returns need to be sent freight prepaid. Defective items will be credited or replaced. You will be refunded in the same manner you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping costs. If you are returning an item please do so promptly. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. There are no returns on electrical items or special order parts. IMPORTANT--Any items which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
You may return most new, unopened/un-installed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
No returns on electrical parts. We have no idea if you or your shop have installed an electrical part. 12volts to the wrong lead make things go POOF and this would not be fair for the next person receiving that part.
No returns on special order glass (windshield, side and quarter glass) as these are cut for each customer specifically.
No returns on used parts, all sales are final, so call to make sure you are getting what you need
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for international orders are and estimate. If the websiote charges more thatn is requires, we will refund you the diffrence, if it take more shipping we will contact you with and invoice for the balance. It is almost impossible to estimate international order, so please understand this policy.
